Rupa is a climbing simulation app that helps users analyze a climbing wall photo and explore possible moves on top of that photo.
When you use wall analysis features, Rupa processes the climbing wall photo you choose or upload, along with the analysis results generated from that photo.
We may also process basic server logs, such as request time, IP address, error logs, and technical metadata, to operate, secure, and improve the service.
Uploaded photos are used to detect climbing holds and provide wall analysis features. Analysis results are used to show detected holds, volumes, and route information in the app.
Rupa does not permanently store uploaded wall photos on the server. Photos are processed for analysis and are not kept as a user photo library.
Rupa does not currently require user accounts and does not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment information, or precise location information through the app.
Rupa uses cloud infrastructure and related service providers to host the app API and process wall analysis requests.
